The Silver Leap Project aims to serve as a documentary source for the support and growth of movement practitioners worldwide.
The project was born out of our own desire to learn and experience more, then reframe it for ourselves and share how the integration into our own practice develops.
It’s an exploration of the possibilities and limits of training outside of our comfort zones, while opening ourselves to inspiration and new knowledge we encounter on the way.
You may never be able to see outside your box but you can actively work on making the box bigger.
By exploring different training systems we hope to gain a deeper understanding of the common denominators in the various traditions of human movement worldwide.
It is an experiment in direct practical learning, as well as theoretical comparisons of different approaches towards the same goals, with which we can begin to unravel the local mystique and symbolism and return to what is common.
We want to share what we find beneficial for us, hence aiming to serve as a documentary source for the support and growth of movement practitioners worldwide.
